    ADF Diesel, has been the leader in the field of diesel mechanics for 35 years now and is constantly developing. With 8 branches in Eastern Canada, it is the company offering the widest range of products and services in its sector of activity. The Toronto branch located in Toronto is looking for one (1) person to fill the position of Dealer Development Manager Scania and Isuzu motor for the province of Ontario.

    Primary duties:

    Establish a strong and trusted relationship with existing dealers

    • - Prior visiting dealer, an agenda must be written and communicated to the dealer
    • - Topics such as dealer standards (As per dealer signed agreement)
    • - Training (in-class and online) requirements and needs for the dealership
    • - Current service campaigns
    • - Goals
    • - Advertisement and signage
    • - Promote ‘’in-house or on-site’’ dealer training
    • - Following dealer meeting, meeting minutes must be written and communicated to the dealer (to promote continuous dealer development)
    • - Potential dealer prospecting throughout the AOR
    • - Create promotions and entice the dealer to participate (i.e., consumable parts)
    • - Track & resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
    • - Research and develop areas of sales growth and improvement within our AOR for the product lines we represent for both marine and the industrial market
    • - Develop new sales channels for B2B and B2C opportunities

    - Work hands-in-hands with all team members to overcome stall and daily challenges

    - Participate in trade shows whenever possible, accompany dealers who participate in the shows

    - Participate to continuous development of the SKIP team with ADF Diesel

    - Promote, quote and sell generator engines to generator OEMs in AOR


    - Need to speak & write English very well, French/Spanish would be a plus

    - Self-learner and self-motivator

    - Aggressive & sales savvy

    - Ability to work in team is a must

    - Must comprehend very well Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook

    - 5 years sales experience

    - Customer oriented

    - Result & goals oriented

    - Needs to have perfect time & territory management skills

    - Valid driver licence

    - Valid Passeport / work VISA

    - No criminal records


    - An annual base salary according to the applicant's qualifications 40000$-50000$ a year + sales commissions and commissions payable on the achievement of development objectives, company-Smart Phone, company laptop computer, company vehicle.

    - Group insurance with the employer contribution, voluntary retirement savings plan, work clothing provided, paid training.
